Unfortunately, we walked into an empty building and spent more time waiting for service than actually bowling. Our group left feeling more frustrated than entertained. It seems like management doesn't care anymore. Even though we were charged for the full experience, our time there was anything but enjoyable. " Had an unfortunate visit to Railside Bowl recently. The conditions were pretty appalling, with broken machines that robbed us of our game time. Each attempt to approach the front desk for assistance was met with disinterest from staff. Although the market is competitive for entertainment, you'd think they'd put some effort into improving their customer service! It is evident that they are not invested in our experience. " I was hopeful after hearing that some friends enjoyed glow bowling here, but my experience was far less positive. The prices seemed inflated for what we got, and it was almost impossible to get a server’s attention. Sometimes we felt like we could've walked to the Pizza Hut just to get someone to check on our drinks.
